Desde el pasado Jueves 28 de Septiembre Montana Gallery Barcelona acoge «Chroma Promenade» una impresionante exposición individual del artista francés PRO176 en la que se nos muestra su llamativo trabajo, en el que lleva al límite la fusión entre las formas retro del comic book y el graffiti.
En su estilo llama especialmente la atención su fuerte influencia del legendario artista americano Jack Kirby, del que hereda la sensación de potencia en sus líneas y composiciones, y una especial sensibilidad para combinar texturas y colores de manera que el espectador se encuentra de pronto llevado a un mundo en el que el graffiti y las tendencias artísticas urbanas conviven con el arte pop y referencias al mundo de la música y el cómic. Imprescindible.

Since last Thursday, September 28, Montana Gallery Barcelona hosts «Chroma Promenade» an impressive solo exhibition by the French artist PRO176 in which he shows us her striking work, that takes to the limit the fusion between the retro forms of the comic book and graffiti.
In his style, appears the strong influence of the legendary American artist Jack Kirby, recognisable in the sensation of power in his lines and compositions, and a special sensitivity to combine textures and colors so that the spectator is suddenly taken to a world in which graffiti and urban artistic tendencies coexist with pop art and references to the world of music and comics. A must see.
