Okuda y Remed participaron en la propuesta Soi Málaga dentro del festival MAUS en Málaga (España), con una pieza realizada sobre un muro de enormes proporciones. En ella ambos artistas parten de la inspiración en la obra de Sandro Botticelli ‘El nacimiento de Venus’ y aportan su reconocible estilo mezcla de formas voluptuosas con geometrías que transforman la imagen original.
El festival muestra un impresionante cartel de artistas, formado por Shepard Fairey (Obey), D*FACE, Kenny Scharf, Okuda, Remed, Felipe Pantone, Ben Eine, Aryz y Faile.
Okuda and Remed participated in the Soi Málaga project, within the MAUS festival in Malaga (Spain), making a collective painting over a wall of enormous proportions. Both artists started from inspiration in the work of Sandro Botticelli ‘Birth of Venus’ recreated with their recognizable style, mix of voluptuous shapes and volumes with geometries that transform the original image into something new.
