Camil Escruela presentó su exposición individual «The Spray Game» en Montana Gallery Barcelona. En ella, el artista barcelonés nos muestra todo un despliegue de su estilo, tan reconocible en sus influencias de dos grandes referentes del arte español: Xavier Mariscal y Nami, “La Mano”.
Su experiencia previa como artista de graffiti y posterior evolución hacia el arte pop con fuertes influencias del mundo de la ilustración le llevan a convertirse en un creador que trabaja en multitud de formatos, desde los lienzos que componen la parte principal hasta formatos digitales o figuras tridimensionales. En todos ellos encontramos sus formas y colores llenos de alegría y optimismo y referencias a códigos urbanos contemporáneos. Imprescindible.
