El estilo de Miss Van se distingue rápidamente con su combinación de sensualidad, voluptuosidad y evocación. Trae ecos de ilustración erótica de corte clásico, algo del tradicional estilo cartoon del Street Art, y muchas otras referencias… La sensación al ver sus obras suele ser extrañamente familiar.
En su estilo se presentan un trazo absolutamente personal, que siempre busca la línea curva, sin agredir el lienzo, casi acariciándolo, junto con una paleta de colores mínima, escogida casi como si la función de éstos fuese complementarse con el gris. La suma de ambos elementos crea una atmósfera brumosa y etérea, en la que sus protagonistas parecen estar viviendo una historia que nadie pretende contarnos, tan sólo dejarnos ver una pequeña parte.
Suele sorprendernos con nuevas serigrafías, además de participar en múltiples exposiciones, destacando en tiempos recientes «Abnormal Activity» en 3 Punts Gallery, Barcelona, exposición colectiva junto a artistas como Ashwan, Banksy, Blek Le Rat, Ciro Schu, DFace, Eledu, Evol, Faile, Shepard Fairey, Hello Monsters, J.Loca, Mark Jenkins ,Mr Brainwash, Daniel Munoz San , Okuda San Miguel…, la exposición Individual «Glamorous Darkness», en StolenSpace Galley, en Londres, «Print Show» en Studiostore Barcelona, o su intervención en Le Mur, en Paris
Miss Van ‘s style is distinguished quickly with its combination of sensuality, voluptuousness and evocation. Brings echoes of vintage erotic illustration, some of the traditional cartoon style of Street Art, plus many other references … The feeling seeing her works it´s strangely familiar.
An absolutely personal drawing line, always looking for the curve, without damaging the canvas, almost caressing , along with a minimal color palette , chosen as if the colour function were as a compliment to gray. The sum of these two elements creates a misty , ethereal atmosphere , in which the protagonists seem to be living a story that no one is explaining, only allowing us to see a small part.
