En Francia, un recinto industrial semiabandonado fue testigo de una serie de reuniónes de artistas, que transformaron por completo el lugar, usando como soporte fachadas, coches, puertas, mobiliario urbano… Esas reuniones fueron sucediéndose en secreto durante algunas semanas, como preparación de lo que finalmente sería el festival IN SITU, abierto al público desde el 17 de Mayo al 15 de Julio de 2014.
Dichos artistas son: 13bis, 93MC, 9Eme Concept, Benjamin Laading, Borondo, Btoy, Cyclop, Dan23, David Walker, Jean Faucheur, Fenx, FKDL, Jorge Rodriguez Gerada, Gérard Zlotykamien, Gilbert, GRL[fr], Guy Denning, H101, Raphael Hec Mfk, Jace, JAna & JS, Jef Aerosol, Jim, Jimmy C, Kan, Kenor, Kouka, Kram, Laurence-Favory, Levalet, Michael Beerens, Milo, Monsieur Qui, Mr BMX, Mygalo, Nemi, On Off, Pierre Terrasson, Rachid Khimoune, RCF1,Ripo, Sixo, Stéphane Carricondo, Stoul, Sylvie Da Costa, Willy Vainqueur, algunos de los cuales han trabajado ya, o trabajan en una órbita cercana a Nobulo.
El festival, que parte de una iniciativa de la asociación Art en Ville, se arraiga fuertemente en el concepto de transición urbana, ya que la zona en la que los artistas trabajaron, le Fort d’Aubervilliers, forma parte de un proyecto urbano que implicará la futura demolición y cambio de buena parte del lugar, así que, para el público, resulta una buena oportunidad de conocer una zona que se había mantenido durante bastante tiempo en un misterioso segundo plano.

In France, a semi-abandoned industrial site witnessed a series of Actions of artists that completely transformed the place, using walls , cars , doors , urban mobility … as support for their artwork. These meetings were secretly happening during a few weeks , in preparation of what would eventually become the IN SITU art festival, open to the public from May 17 to July 15, 2014 .

The festival, part of an initiative by Art en Ville Association is strongly rooted in the concept of transition , as the area in which the artists worked , le Fort d’Aubervilliers , is part of an urban project that will involve future demolition and change much of the place, so , for the public , it is a good opportunity to meet an area that has been kept for some time in a mysterious background.
